Database Information
Information used in the Gig Bag database is only used as diplayed in the Musicians Profiles and Bag Ads listings. Personal information such as Address or Phone Numbers are not listed in the Profiles and are not required to sign up for our services except for credit or bankcard verification. The only personal contact information posted in the listings are the Email address' for contact purposes. We recommend that you do not list your phone number or address in the Profile Bio to keep your privacy secure. Note: Donsplace MultiMedia and Video and the Gig Bag are not responsible if you do choose to list your phone number or address in the Profile Bio. If you do so this is at your own risk!

Personal Information Collected
When you order upgrades, we need to know your name, e-mail address, mailing address, credit card number, and expiration date. This allows us to process and fulfill your order and to notify you of your order status. When you sign up for our free newsletter or other information services, we need only an e-mail address, which we use to send the information you requested. If you refer someone to our site through the BAG Email a friend feature, we ask for your e-mail address and that of the recipient in order to complete your request. We may also use the information we collect to occasionally notify you about important functionality changes to the Web site, new services, and special offers we think you'll find valuable. Log Files

When you upload your profile picture, MP3's or Music Videos you agree to comply with all copyright laws and rules below and may not upload items that are protected uder copyright laws unless you own the copyright or have paid for the rights to do so. We only allow original music, original videos or public domain material to be uploaded. Failure to comply with these rules will cause us to cancel your membership without notice or refund. We are not responsible for original material copyrights and placing original material on the Gig Bag site is at your own risk.
